About Govnet
The Governance Research Network (GovNet) seeks to tackle issues
of institutional governance, from small firms to national institutions
to global institutions - recognising both common governance issues
and radically differing contexts.
GovNet is concerned with understanding the ways institutions
can be structured to ensure, as far as possible, that they further
the values that justify their existence through innovative interdisciplinary
solutions involving ethical standard setting, legal regulation
and institutional reform.
Researchers in the Network are also interested in learning from
institutional failure and cases of poor governance (from ineffectiveness
to maladministration, corruption and state failure).
Further information on GovNet and becoming a member can be obtained
